Joanne has worked in employee benefits for almost 25 years, focusing on group risk and healthcare benefits and has various CII qualifications under her belt (Cert CII and R05). She joined Mattioli Woods in late 2022 as an Employee Benefits Consultant and works closely alongside the Health and Wellbeing team. Prior to joining Mattioli Woods, Joanne worked for Broadstone, where she looked after a portfolio of SME clients and was involved in the implementation of Broadstone’s online group life proposition and developing new business leads. Having studied higher psychology, she now has a keen interest in mental wellbeing.
