The tech industry offers promising opportunities, as veterans' transferable skills in leadership, resilience, and problem-solving align well with high-demand roles in software engineering, IT operations, and cybersecurity.

Moving to a different structure of employment and life can be an alienating change, and that struggle can impact the mental and physical health of veterans.
