He brings all this together as a coach, speaker, facilitator, change agent, consultant and educator and has worked extensively around the world. He has dedicated his career over the last 30 years to facilitating transformation through executive coaching, team development, and organisational change. Thom is passionate about resolving the breadth of issues around good leadership and strives to bring healing and renewal in the face of dysfunction in the workplace. He has been hired by global banking, pharmaceutical, energy and engineering brands such as Citigroup, RBS, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, ConocoPhillips, Centrica and Transocean to name just a few.
