With a master’s in Change Agent Skills & Strategies, and credentials as a Certified Facilitator and NLP Master Practitioner, Thom combines 17 years as a Royal Marines officer with 30 years in coaching, speaking, and consulting. He facilitates transformation through executive coaching, team development, and organisational change, focusing on leadership and workplace renewal. Thom has worked globally and is passionate about addressing leadership issues, striving to heal and renew dysfunctional workplaces.

With an MSc in Change Agent Skills & Strategies, expertise as a Certified Facilitator accredited by the CQ® Center, and an NLP Master Practitioner, Thom has combined these with 17 years’ experience as an officer in the Royal Marines. He brings all this together as a coach, speaker, facilitator, change agent, consultant and educator and has worked extensively around the world. He has dedicated his career over the last 30 years to facilitating transformation through executive coaching, team development, and organisational change. Thom is passionate about resolving the breadth of issues around good leadership and strives to bring healing and renewal in the face of dysfunction in the workplace. He has been hired by global banking, pharmaceutical, energy and engineering brands such as Citigroup, RBS, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, ConocoPhillips, Centrica and Transocean to name just a few.
